At Monument Grills, we want you to be completely satisfied with your outdoor cooking experience. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return your unused grill or accessory within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team with your order number and proof of purchase to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Ensure the product is in its original, unused condition and securely packed in the original manufacturer's packaging with all manuals and hardware included.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at the designated carrier location; please note that return shipping costs may apply.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned item to confirm its condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
